1. Services Overview

UptownView Chicopee Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services in Chicopee, MA and surrounding areas. Our services include driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and more. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions.

We provide estimates based on your specific project needs. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

When you schedule a project with us, we reserve time and resources for your work. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our costs.

Weather and site conditions may require us to reschedule your project. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur. Your understanding helps us maintain quality standards for every job.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment must be received before we consider the project complete.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on your property to secure payment for services rendered.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your project site. This includes disclosing any known underground utilities, property lines, drainage issues, or other conditions that could affect our work. You must also ensure we have clear access to the work area.

If you have specific HOA requirements, local permits, or design preferences, please inform us before we begin. Additional costs may apply for permit acquisition or specialized work.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty against defects caused by improper installation. The specific warranty period will be outlined in your project contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, improper maintenance, or factors beyond our control.

Concrete naturally develops small cracks over time due to settling and temperature changes. Minor hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. We will discuss proper concrete care and maintenance with you to help maximize the life of your installation.

6. Liability Limitations

While we carry insurance and take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed. We recommend calling 811 before any excavation work to have utilities marked.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from our work.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
